Our Sunday Gathering times are about being refueled and renewed by Jesus. We love it when families gather together to sing and worship God but also understand that age appropriate learning is essential on the journey of faith.

Because of this, our Sunday Gathering times start with the whole family together, singing, learning, and experiencing the story of God together.

For the second half of the Gathering Time, we have age-appropriate learning. For children we have KidConnect. It is for age two through 5th grade and takes place in the gym. First time parents are invited to go with their child when they are dismissed to meet the teachers and to see what the kids will experience. Children are more than welcome to stay with their parents throughout the whole gathering if they would like. While the kids are at KidConnect, everyone else remains in the main room for a challenging and encouraging message.

Water’s Edge Allen has an AMAZING group of people who work hard to advance the mission. From a handful of part-time staff to full-time volunteers, their hard work and dedication is awesome. On May 20th, we will have an All Staff and Volunteer Pool Party. We will celebrate all that God has done throughout the year, eat some great food, and be renewed by some time lounging by the pool.

Something unique happens when a community goes through an experience together. Whether it is winning a state championship or persevering through a tragedy, these moments bring unity and identity to a community. Our experience is Spring Training.

We are inviting everyone in our community or connected to our community to find a Spring Training location or group to join for the next few months and journey through the training guide, “TK Primer” (The Tangible Kingdom). We have groups meeting in Allen, McKinney/Frisco, Melissa/Anna, and Plano/Richardson on different nights of the week. Find a group that fits for your family. Childcare is available. We are encouraging students (5th grade and older) to be apart of these groups, as well.
